Risotto with summer truffle
Ingredients
98.4% Arborio rice, 0.5% summer truffle (Tuber aestivum vitt.), vegetable broth [salt, potato starch, maltodextrin, yeast extract, vegetable extracts (carrots, onions), sunflower oil, herb extracts], garlic, parsley. May contain traces of gluten, nuts and celery. Made in Italy.
Preparation
Fry the risotto in a pan with olive oil, salt, pepper and onions. Add 850ml of warm water and during the cooking some vegetable broth. Cooking time: 15-20 minutes. Let it steep briefly and refine with some butter & parmesan.
